To establish a safe and secure atmosphere for buying,selling and trading, be aware of these Market Place rules. NOTE: these rules apply only to The Market Place.

1st Rule: All items need to be described in detail to any potential buyers by the seller upon request. This description must be ACCURATE AND TRUE. For the sake of your reputation on the board and keepin your ass out of any possible legal trouble, TELL THE TRUTH! If an item is beat to hell, say so and describe it.

2nd Rule: Dont be an Ebay ass. If you have a pic or a link to a pic, it must be of the actual item. Not one from the company's website or a pic of an artist using a similar one (unless you are that artist) =) and not of your buddies guitar bass or what have you because yours is really messed up. Dont be an ass, ok? =)

3rd Rule: All sellers and buyers must write their email address in the initial ad and/or responce post even if they have it listed in their profile. Just easier for people to contact each other this way.

4th rule: If paying by mail, ONCE FUNDS ARE IN THE MAIL, NEITHER BUYER OR SELLER MAY TERMINATE THE SALE. This means that once payment has been sent out, it is understood that buyer and seller have agreed on the price and shipping company and priority level. NOTE: Shipping charges MUST BE ACTUALL COSTS! Dont say its going to be $20 for shipping when it only costs $5. Take all pictures first then pack it and get a quote of the actuall price based upon freight class (Priority, Express, Overnight, First Class, Third Class) that has been agreed upon.

5th and last rule: The administraitors (Mesa Metal Head Ed, 1959burst, ) ARE NOT AND HAVE NO RESPONSABILITY FOR ANY TRANSACTION THAT GOES SOUTH OF CHEESE!! Use the forum to dispute any disagreements that may arise.
